Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and depend on order weight and shipping region. Shipping for all orders over 290 EUR is free.

Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Ukraine, and less often from Poland. International customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes according to the laws of their country upon receiving the order, if required by customs.

• Ukraine: 3-5 EUR
The service is provided by Nova Poshta to a branch or address. You must pay for delivery at the post office upon receipt, not before we ship. Contact us here to make a purchase. Delivery time for most items is 2-6 business days. Some items you need to wait longer due to different manufacturing circumstances. Please contact our support for more precise timelines if you are unsure. Please note, your order is stored at the post office for 7 days, after which it will be returned to us. If you are unable to pick up the parcel in time, please let us know and we will extend the storage period. 

For orders outside of Ukraine requires prepayment for delivery.

• Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia: 18 EUR
• Switzerland, Norway, Israel: 48 EUR
• World: 30 EUR
