Return & Exchange Policy

The product ordered in the Sort Company online store, you can return, or exchange within 14 calendar days, from the next day from the date of receipt of the order, if this product does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, which are not subject to return or exchange. Refunds are made within 14 businesses days, from the next day from the moment of receipt of the goods Sort Company team. Check the goods at the post office in the presence of post office staff for any damages or defects. If the goods are taken home, we are not responsible.

Mandatory conditions for return/exchange of goods:
• The order must be fully staffed
• The presence of original and undamaged labels
• No traces of use and wear

Kindly note, we do not accept refund or exchange requests for discounted products unless the item you received appears to be of the wrong size sent by us due to our mistake, or has a manufacturing defect affecting its quality. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, sent in error, or the wrong size was shipped by us.
